President, First Data Independent Sales – Kimberly A. Fitzsimmons

Kim leads the independent sales organization business - First Data Independent Sales (FDIS), Card Payment Systems, Inc. (CPS) and Full Service Processing (FSP) strategy and revenue growth for First Data Commercial Services.

Kim has acquired nearly 20 years of industry experience since she joined First Data in 1987. During her tenure, she has compiled a successful record of accomplishment in both sales and sales management. She played an integral role in the development and execution of business development and vertical market strategies, with key emphasis on supermarkets and petroleum. Kim was also responsible for the referral partner strategy, which included more than 700 financial institutions. Kim had also been deeply involved in the successful Concord integration during First Data’s merger with Concord EFS in 2004.

Kim earned a bachelor of business administration from the University of Mississippi in Oxford, MS.

Senior Vice President of Sales — John Barrett

John joined Cardservice International in June of 2004 after spending 17 years in the telecommunications industry and nine years with Xerox Corporation. John leads all sales and agent relationship, sales service, training and partner service activities for the company. Prior to joining Cardservice, John held various sales and executive management positions at MCI Corporation. He was responsible for regional direct sales and indirect channel sales as well as field service and operations during his 16 years with the company. Before MCI, John spent nine years with Xerox Corporation in sales and branch management.

John earned his bachelor of science degree in business administration and an MBA in marketing/finance at the University of Southern California.
