Holiday and Vacation Pay

Full-time employees at Cardservice International accrue annual vacation time at the following rates:

• 10 days after one year of continuous service
• 15 days after five years of continuous service

Tuition Reimbursements

Refer-a-Friend

The Cardservice International^® refer-a-friend employee referral program provides employees with a cash bonus up to $1,200 for referring new employees to the company. For nonexempt employee referrals, CSI pays $600, and for exempt referrals, it pays $1,200.

Leader of the Pack Award

The Leader of the Pack Award is presented by First Data, the parent company of Cardservice International, to employees for excellent job performance or outstanding work on a special project.
